This is a COHORT Certified course . An Opportunity for Members to Gain Business Skills and Grow Relationships. Each Course Completed Leads to Graduation and An Opportunity to be Accepted into the Cohort Alumni Development (CAD) Program. This class is led by Allen Brown, Adjunct Professor with Midland Tech’s Corporate and Continuing Education Department.  Allen is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor(CEPA) with over 20 years consulting experience. After receiving Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of South Carolina, he earned an MBA from Webster University. This course equips entrepreneurs and small business owners with a practical critical thinking framework to move beyond reactive decision-making and make more informed choices. Participants will learn how to evaluate new opportunities, solve persistent challenges, and separate customer opinion from factual market data using a 5-step framework and practical tools. Through interactive discussions, they will refine strategic thinking, practice problem-solving techniques, and gain skills to ask probing questions, uncover root causes, and confidently apply these methods to their current business challenges.
